Tasting Notes

Nose

Patient and profound — twenty-five years of wild growth in a single inhale. Earth, dried wildflowers, dark fruit, smoke. The most contemplative opening in the range.

Palate

The densest of the three Tepeztates. Full-bodied, earthy, deeply mineral. The clay pot and encino fermentation layer upon twenty-five years of accumulated character.

Finish

Very long. Drying, mineral, deeply satisfying. The finish that stays longest.

How to Serve

Neat. A reflective, unhurried pour — the flagship of the Tepeztate trio.

Food Pairing

Duck confit, dark chocolate, aged hard cheeses.
