Tepeztate Copper
Agave marmorata
"Mountain & mineral"
Production
Tasting Notes
Nose
Cool and mineral. Mountain air, wet limestone, dried wildflowers. The Miahuatlán altitude is distinct — higher, colder, more austere than Sola de Vega.
Palate
Precise and angular. Mineral, earthy, dried herb. The copper still preserves fine detail. Twenty years of wild growth adds weight without heaviness.
Finish
Long and clean. Mineral persists. Stone fruit emerges quietly in the late finish.
How to Serve
Neat. A comparison pour alongside Tepeztate C/C or Clay is revealing.
Food Pairing
Oysters, sashimi, mineral-driven dishes.
