Tasting Notes
Nose
The most complex nose in the range — 20 varieties creating something no single agave could. Fruit, earth, herbs, smoke, pine resin, all at once.
Palate
Layered and endlessly shifting. Pine resin from the fermentation barrels, roasted agave, tropical fruit, mineral. Something different reveals itself with every sip.
Finish
Long and evolving. Pine, smoke, fruit, mineral — in sequence, not together.
How to Serve
Neat. Return to the glass across 30 minutes and it will change.

Complex dishes — mole, slow braises, strong aged cheeses.
