Tasting Notes
Nose
The newest expression in the range. Fleshy and bright — mango skin, fresh herbs, a mineral thread. The distinctive curly-leaf rhodacantha biotype gives more fruit than the standard variety.
Palate
Rich and mineral. Tropical fruit, green herb, a long mineral backbone. Rewarding from the first sip.
Finish
Medium-long. Clean and mineral, with lingering tropical notes. A fascinating counterpoint to the Mexicano.

Neat. Compare alongside the Mexicano — same species, different biotype, entirely different character.
