Tasting Notes
Nose
Unlike anything else in the range. Bright, herbal, almost botanical — sage, tropical fruit, light smoke. The Arabic alembic and stainless steel give unusual clarity.
Palate
Lively and structural. Green herbs, tropical notes, a faint floral quality. Cleaner and more immediate than the Oaxacan expressions.
Finish
Short-to-medium. Fresh and clean. The herbs linger quietly.
How to Serve
Neat, or with a single ice sphere. Also excellent in a highball with good sparkling water.
Food Pairing
Light seafood, ceviche, herb-forward dishes.
